Hefty Project Working on a project, which involves a complete re-branding of a corporate identity, is never an easy task. But add that to the challenge of providing 150 staff members a range of different work spaces for a variance of activities, dedicated meeting places themed to spark new ideas and creativity with cutting edge technology, a spacious reception area where visitors arrive in a calm environment, all the while suggesting a business where ideas have room to expand and breathe, and our interiors team have a hefty project on their hands.
Creative Expression Aspire Housing Association’s refurbishment provided our interiors team with an exciting opportunity to express their creative abilities. Consulting and collaborating with Aspires internal management the team embarked to break down the mindset of “being at work”, resulting in a working environment, which is sleek, modern and functionally flexible.
Stimulated Team Recognising the particular characteristics and dynamic qualities essential in achieving the projects objectives, it was imperative to present an interior design to enhance surroundings while creating a distinctive identity efficiently and effectively. Composing the interior range excited everyone on the team.
Moving a Mountain Overcoming Aspires storage problems proved key to the success of the project. A made to measure solution was adapted to maximise the use of space from floor to ceiling, taking up half the space of Aspires traditional filing cabinets and cupboards. The internal fittings were specific to suit Aspires storage requirements approximately 10,000 property files.
Seamless Ambience Welcoming a cast of designers to the team ensured an exciting interaction of ideas. The combination of ergonomic flows with contemporary design complimented the project’s goal 100%. Developing the graphics and design to support a seamless ambience, the babini range accentuates through the executive suites and boardroom, creating individual platforms encapsulating the Babini’s appeal.
Bespoke and on Budget Without straying to far from the initial concept, emphasising a spacious and clutter free environment, the Hands of Wycombe reception was just one design example successfully integrated into the project. On Budget Without incurring the usual high expenditure associated with such projects the reception area provides a comfortable and welcoming introduction for both staff and visitors to the building.
